A key ingredient in the environmental review process for the Portal Bridge Capacity Enhancement Project is public participation. The FRA, Amtrak and NJ TRANSIT invite you to learn about the project and how you can become involved. Your feedback can improve the project, and scoping meetings, open houses, and public hearings will give you an opportunity to meet directly with the project team and help ensure that your opinions and concerns are being heard, understood, and addressed.
